For the past few days our line has been much better. Never really dropping below 70mb. Once or twice to 50mb for a few minutes, but I can live with that.
But tonight it has started dropping to 10mb.
We will telephone Telecolumbus again tomorrow and see if they can offer any help with the terrible speed otherwise we will have to cancel before our 2 weeks trial is up. What is the best way to cancel? email, phone,fax or letter?

for the moment it seems that Telecolumbus isn´t able to solve the problems either are they willing to do so. If you depend on a fixed downspeed it might be the best solution to change back to DSL.

My girlfriend and I decided to switch to cable last week from DSL and decided to go with Telecolumbus. Since we got connected the speed has been awful.
